The JUMP House is a healing space that brings movement and mindfulness to your homes.

We provide clients with a scientifically-proven, unique, and practical approach to mindful movement coaching.

We fill the gap between private and group coaching by offering small group coaching that allows individualized attention and customization.

We bring various opportunities to members throughout the week to engage with what works for their schedule and how they feel in their bodies each week.

We value a sense of community and accountability that allows members to belong, show up for each other, and have fun while being in the comfort of their homes.

Our house welcomes those who:

  • want to deepen their relationship with their bodies and feel more in tune with their inner wisdom
  • feel stuck and not able to move forward in their health journey
  • look to move beyond pain after recovering from an injury
  • love to increase mobility, strength, and balance
  • have ongoing pain when attending a regular fitness class
  • experience constant setback when they try to do apps or online videos

As a member, you get unlimited access to all live movement, mindfulness, and public events as part of your membership. You also get to have a 30-min monthly coaching session with our founder, Hedi Shah.

If you are not sure this is for you, you can always try our online studio for seven days without any commitment. And our doors are also open to your occasional visit through drop-ins.
