These days we need to up our bodies more than ever.
In these bi-weekly sessions, you get to step away from your computer for an hour and carve out time for yourself, so you can bring fluid back to your joints (mobility), move your body gently (movement), and calm down the nervous system (mindfulness). You will leave the session feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more flexible.
Things you need to know:
✨the sessions are low impact and welcome all levels of fitness
✨no equipment is required (optional: yoga mat, yoga block, and a cushion)
