Learning about your menstrual cycle (moon cycle if you don't bleed) is a magical tool to finally discern why you feel the way you feel and the way you experience life. In this conversation, you'll learn how to honour your cycles and to live in tune with them.⁠⁠

⭐️ Introduction to breath-work, a movement inspired by feminine energy, and Sacral Chakra Breathwork (50 minutes)⁠⁠

Breath-work is the act of consciously connecting to one's breath to experience greater physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When you breathe, you tap into your own vibrational medicine—a medicine that is available to you every moment of every day.⁠⁠

About Ariana: ⁠⁠
As a coach, breathwork facilitator, and earth medicine practitioner, Ariana takes a holistic approach when supporting her clients. She believes that every single person on this planet has something special the world needs, and that when we're well-supported, we become better-equipped to share those gifts. Ariana's personal experience with substance abuse and the continual unpacking that occurs during the journey back to the Self allows her to compassionately meet her clients where they're at.⁠⁠
