Nothing is overlooked in this work; you don't need to ignore that pinching feeling, that achy sensation, or pushing through movements even when they don't feel good.
Your next transformation doesn't live in the next intense diet, another weight loss tea endorsed by a celebrity, the next 8-week bodybuilding program, the next topical pain killer, another quick fix chiro appointment.
And it certainly doesn't live in another torturous short-term goal.
It lives in knowing your body!
Over the past 4 years, I've been working closely with people from all walks of life with various complications and perceived limitations. I say "perceived" because our bodies have magical healing powers, but our minds tell us otherwise.
I understand how challenging it can be to work your way through limitations as someone who dealt with multiple injuries myself; I praise you for wanting to take the first step into your healing journey.
You deserve to feel at peace with your body. Learning to connect to your body is a gateway to moving beyond pain and injury and experience your life in the fullest way possible.
In this work:
You'll be challenged both physically and mentally, but only when it serves your ultimate good. The way you move your body MUST enhance your life, make you more resilient to stress, and improve your movement capabilities.
Education is more important than anything; you can adapt and learn only when you fully understand the why. You will know precisely the reason behind what you are doing; there is no single movement taught without a clear intention.
You get to know your body beyond activating the right muscles, beyond getting your butt kicked, and beyond sweating your ass off.
You will explore your movement patterns, habitual behaviors, relationship with your breath, mobility and flexibility, limitations and strengths, and nervous system programming.
You understand your body's story deeply, and you develop new ways of connecting and understanding your body.

Before working with Hedi, my idea of a personal training session was one in which the client limped away, sweating and crying. As such, I avoided it like the plague. I'm glad I got over myself and took the plunge. Each session is tailored to me, focusing on strengthening muscles I didn't know existed, stretching, and more. It's not about feeling like I had a workout because I"m sweating. Hedi's training has blown my mind and given me a new idea of what personal training can be.
I have been working with Hedi at JUMP Wellness for about three months now. Her seemingly small and continuous adjustments as we train show a deep knowledge and care in her craft. Hedi’s assessments are spot on and she has an ability to zero in on the issue(s) for each activity as she focuses to find the issue. She then relays to you what movements and muscles need to engage (or not engage) in a way that allows you to focus a connection between mind & body that makes sense and you remember.

I’ve been training with Hedi for a year now. I have attended both her personal training sessions and group classes. She is incredibly knowledgeable and she goes over and beyond to tailor your workout based on your body type and weaknesses in order for you to see the best result. my left hip is slightly tilted and I’ve seen an incredible improvement in my posture since training with Hedi. Also, I would totally recommend her fun and energetic group classes for anyone looking to spice up their workouts.

There are three different packages being offered with at least 3 months of commitment, and depending on your ideal commitment, you can book four sessions/month, eight sessions/month, and twelve sessions/month. All prices include tax.
Over the years, she has facilitated so many transformations in clients physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Clients from all walks of life, different ages, with various health histories, injuries, and backgrounds. And she’s come to firmly believe “our bodies have magical ability to heal and restore oneself if we are willing to do the deep work.” And deep down, all of us crave to be whole again.
Hedi dealt with her fair share of health issues and injuries, including servere case of PCOS, a hip and foot injury from her martial art days, and still working her way through a concussion that resulted in neck and back trauma.
She’s committed to change the narrative around movement and the stories we tell ourselves about our bodies. She guides people to attend to the stories that their bodies have to tell through deep work so they can experience greater joy and performance in their lives.
Hedi’s dedication to her craft got her to study various subjects. Some of them include Neurofundamnetals, Human Biomechanics, Full Range Conditioning (FRCsm), Heart Resonance Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Personal Training, Postural Restoration, Strength and conditioning, mobility training. She’s also an ACE and EREPS certified Personal Trainer.
Today, she leads various 1:1 and group movement coaching sessions, Heart Resonance energy work and shares her knowledge through public workshops.
